A Claude Code skill that reads incoming Gmail inquiries for Tech Assist For Seniors, parses the client name, device, issue, and urgency, then drafts a personalized HTML email reply. Saves directly to Gmail drafts. Nothing sends without review.

A Google Apps Script automation that runs every morning at 7 a.m. on a laptop-independent trigger. Checks Google Calendar for new clients, automatically updates the client tracker in Google Drive if any are found, then sends a formatted email summary to my inbox. Built to eliminate manual daily check-ins and keep client records current without any extra steps.

Python scripts using the Gmail API and Yahoo IMAP to bulk-delete and organize overloaded inboxes. Cleaned 38,000+ emails across multiple accounts using label targeting, sender filtering, and batch processing. Practical enough to reuse for clients dealing with inbox overload.
